Since the 4.0 licenses were published in November 2013 and as early as the publication of CC0 in 2009, CC and its affiliates have embarked on a novel and ambitious undertaking for linguistically translating (not porting) these legal tools. The past 18 months in particular have seen many successes and challenges, particular since languages extend across borders and continents. Join us and our translation leads to explore the successes, challenges, opportunities and learnings of this impressive undertaking.
